UK EO Awards 2026 - 'Employee Owned Business of the Year' Nomination Form

The 'Employee Owned Business of the Year' award is for a well-established employee owned businesses, that can demonstrate a direct link between their EO status, achievements, and Great EO impacts across the board.

It will celebrate the best all-round performance of an EO business during 2025, or cumulative impact over the past three years.

A worthy winner of this award can evidence how its EO approach, roles, and actions are driving impacts, innovation, performance, and sustainability.

9.Please provide evidence of positive outcomes to your operational and strategy direction that have arisen due to employee ownership, including ways this is measured, and how you’ve delivered the impact of employees having a say in the business (max. 600 words)(Required.)
10.Describe and evidence how your business is informing, engaging, and empowering employee voice, promoting a culture of collaboration, shared values, responsibility, and reward. Please include how this is measured and understood across the business. (max. 400 words)
11.How is EO driving results and impact across your business over the last year or accumulatively over the past three years including by:
